Everyone once in a while you get surprised.

I went to McD this morning fully expecting to have the usual breakfast problems that seem to occur every Saturday morning. After ordering, when I got to the window, there was a manager at the window. She informed me that my Deluxe breakfast was free this morning since she knows that they have screwed up my order multiple times lately.
